Yoshimura has new full system and slip-on exhausts for 2025 Suzuki DR-Z4S and DR-Z4SM models.

After an impressive run of over two decades, 2025 brings an all-new Suzuki DR-Z4S/SM.
The new 398cc single cylinder water cooled engine is now fuel injected! We developed our RS-12 Race Series full system exhaust to enhance every aspect of the new DR-Z and the response was just what the doctor ordered. The RS-12 Race Series Full System packed substantial gains in performance adding 5.5% in hp @ 6640 rpm and 2.8% increase of torque @ 5180 rpm. These gains were made with our included/installed USFS spark arrestor SA-21-K! A custom stainless Yoshimura heat shield is included.
If a Race Series full system is not what you’re looking for, we developed our RS-12 slip-on to pack performance on the DR-Z4S without compromising 50 state legality. The RS-12 Enduro Series slip-on provides great performance 4.1% in hp @ 8000 rpm and 2% increase of torque @ 4800rpm with spark arrestor installed. This slip-on includes our installed USFS approved spark arrestor SA-19-K to make is easier to roll right out to your favorite off-road riding area. A custom stainless Yoshimura heat shield is included.
