Chanler Hartwick has joined the Motorcycle Industry Council as the new membership manager. She brings more than a decade of experience in the powersports industry, specializing in marketing, project management and communication.

Hartwick, a lifelong enthusiast, began racing off-road motorcycles in her youth and has maintained that passion throughout her career. After graduating from college, she joined the marketing department at KTM North America.
Hartwick later worked at Troy Lee Designs, where she advanced to the role of global marketing operations manager. In this position, she collaborated with leadership on strategic initiatives and successfully led cross-functional projects from concept to execution. During this time, she also earned her Master’s in Business Administration, enhancing her business and leadership skills.
MIC members attending the Powersports Capitol Hill Fly-In on April 7-8 will have the opportunity to meet Hartwick. All members can expect to receive communications from her in the coming weeks and months. She will oversee day-to-day membership services and actively recruit new MIC members across the powersports industry.
