Triumph has revealed the new Speed Triple 1200 RX, limited to just 1200 motorcycles worldwide.

The Speed Triple 1200 RX is a limited-run version of Speed 1200 Triple RS (Read the Cycle News 2025 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS Review HERE) that Triumph says is “the ultimate incarnation of the Speed Triple” and has a “fully focused riding position delivered by more aggressive, sportier ergonomics.”

The RX version has an Öhlins SD EC steering damper that’s integrated with Öhlins Smart EC3 electronic suspension, complete with gold Öhlins forks, which can be adjusted via the Öhlins Objective Based Tuning Interface on the instruments.

There is also new independently adjustable Front Wheel Lift Control, Engine Braking Control and Brake Slide Assist, as well as fully adjustable cruise control.

An Akrapovic silencer with a lightweight titanium body and a carbon fiber end-cap is fitted as standard, as is carbon-fiber bodywork, exclusive RX graphics in Triumph Performance Yellow and Granite graphic scheme with white RX accents. Its upgraded seat has an embossed RX logo.

Its 1160cc triple delivers a claimed 180.5 horsepower at 10,750 rpm and 94.4 lb-ft at 8750 rpm of torque.
The RX also has clip-ons and a machined top yoke, which are 69mm lower and 52mm further forward than the 2025 Speed Triple 1200 RS, and the footpegs are 14.5mm higher 25.5mm further to the rear.
The bike rides on Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP V3 tires, and Brembo Stylema calipers and a Brembo MCS span and ratio adjustable lever handle the braking.

There is also independently adjustable Front Wheel Lift Control, Engine Braking Control and Brake Slide Assist, fully adjustable cruise control, and a new Emergency Deceleration Warning feature activates a high-frequency flash of the brake light to alert other road users in case of hard braking and rapid deceleration.

Five distinct riding modes (Rain, Road, Sport, Track, Rider), Optimized Cornering ABS and switchable Optimized Cornering Traction Control, and the Triumph Shift Assist up-and-down quickshifter are all fitted as standard.
The 5-inch TFT instrument interface provides access to all key information, controlled by a five-way joystick and backlit switches. The standard-fit My Triumph Connectivity System enables turn-by-turn navigation, as well as phone and music control.

The ignition, steering lock and fuel cap feature keyless operation on the 2025/2026 Speed Triple 1200. For added security, the wireless function can be disabled with a single button press.
The new RX model retains the signature twin headlights and single-sided swingarm, in addition to a lithium-ion battery, and weight comes in at a claimed 438.7 lbs wet weight with fuel.
Available from $21,495, delivery is expected in June 2025.

“The new Speed Triple 1200 RX offers the ultimate riding experience, both on the road and on the track. The extra technology, premium specification and more focused riding position will put this firmly on the wish list of every track day enthusiast. With just 1200 of these available around the world, customers who secure an early order will really stand out from the crowd.”
