Bou, who competes aboard a Montesa Cota 4RT, topped the night’s qualifier and went on to win the main, seven points clear of GasGas Factory Team’s Jaime Busto, who was also second in the qualifier.

Bou’s teammate, Gabriel Marcelli, filled out the podium in third. Sherco’s Jack Peace was fourth in the four-rider final.

Bou finished out the championship at the top of the leaderboard with 135 points, followed by Busto with 112 and Marcelli with 81. Sherco’s Benoit Bincaz and Adam Raga completed the top five.

“I’m very happy to get a win in Estonia,” Bou said. “Last year, I couldn’t qualify for the final, so I was eager to get this great result. We had a very solid race, and now we have to enjoy it.

“Overall, this season was very positive,” Bou added. “We’ve achieved six wins, and our worst finish was second, in addition to taking the title, so we can’t ask for more. The team has done an incredible job, as always, and I want to thank them for that.” CN
